The Entity claims to be offering \u201cinternational private banking, offshore banking, international wealth management, formation of offshore companies and opening private and corporate bank accounts\u201d in various jurisdictions including Monaco.<br \/>\nThe CCAF wishes to alert the public that Royal Investment Consortium is NEITHER a Monacan registered Company NOR licensed by the CCAF to provide any financial services which are required to be licensed under Monaco law.
