The Commission de Contr\u00f4le des Activit\u00e9s Financi\u00e8res (\u201cCCAF\u201d) has become aware of an entity operating under the name of “GlobalCIM” (\u201cthe Entity\u201d) which has an internet presence at www.globalcim.com. The Entity claims to be offering \u201ctrading platforms\u201d in Monaco.
\nThe CCAF wishes to alert the public that “GlobalCIM” is NEITHER a Monacan registered Company NOR licensed by the CCAF to provide any financial services which are required to be licensed under Monaco law. The Entity is not authorised to offer its services\/ products to private customers in the Principality of Monaco.<\/p>\n

The CCAF would like to remind consumers of financial services not to enter into any financial services transaction unless they have ascertained that the entity with whom the transaction is being made is authorised to provide such services by the CCAF.
