These entities do not have the necessary licenses to conduct the aforementioned activities in the Principality.<br \/>\nThis entites are the following :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cFORBES PRIVATE BANK MONACO SA\u201d, present on the Internet at https:\/\/forbesprivatebank.com;<\/li>\n<li>\u201cSIMPLE SWIFT BANK\u201d, present on the Internet at https:\/\/simpleswiftbank.com\/#individuals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The CCAF would like to remind consumers who have been solicited not to enter into any financial services transaction before verifying that the entity is authorized to conduct asset management (portfolio or fund), investment advisory, or order reception\/transmission activities in the Principality.<\/p>\n<p>The list of institutions authorized by the CCAF and the scope of their authorization can be found on the CCAF website:<a href=\"https:\/\/ccaf.mc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/LISTE-SOCIETES-31-12-2024-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">List of authorised firms<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Commission de Contr\u00f4le des Activit\u00e9s Financi\u00e8res (\u201cCCAF\u201d) warns the public against several entities claiming to offer banking and\/or financial services in Monaco.
