Currently President of the Legal High Committee for Financial Markets of Paris (HCJP) and Honorary Master Auditor at the French Court of Auditors, Gérard RAMEIX has vast experience in the field of public and private finance. He began his career at the French Court of Auditors, joining in 1978 after leaving ENA, the National School of Public Administration.
He served as a technical advisor (1986-1988) and later (1997) as Deputy Chef de Cabinet to the French Prime Minister on economic and budget issues.
Gérard RAMEIX was Chief Executive of the French Securities and Exchange Commission, known as COB (which later became the AMF) from 1997 to 2003, and General Secretary of the AMF from 2003 to 2009, before becoming Credit Mediator from 2009 to 2012, and finally President of the AMF from 2012 to 2017. In his various roles, he has been a leading actor in financial market regulation and its adaptation to the challenges posed by financial globalisation and crises.
Gérard RAMEIX has been President of the Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières since the beginning of 2019.

Jean-François CULLIEYRIER held senior executive positions in the Principality’s banking sector for almost forty years. Today, he is Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of a credit institution, and is also the Treasurer of the AMAF.
Jean-François CULLIEYRIER performs a variety of roles in areas including social affairs and finance, by appointment of the Prince’s Government.
Jean-François CULLIEYRIER has been Vice-President of the Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières since 2007.

Hervé DALLÉRAC worked in the banking and financial industry for forty years.
After graduating in Economics from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris, he joined the Banque de France as an Inspector General.
He also served as Head of Investigations at the Société des Bourses Françaises (SBF) from 1988 to 1996, Head of Investigations and Market Surveillance at the French Court of Auditors from 1997 to 2003, and Director of Investigations and Market Surveillance at the AMF from 2003 to 2010.
In 2014, Hervé DALLÉRAC was appointed the International Monetary Fund’s Advisor to the National Bank of Cambodia, working in Phnom Penh until 2018.
Hervé DALLÉRAC has been a member of the Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières since January 2021, having also previously been a member between 2007 and 2010. He also sits on the Audit Committee of the mutual insurance firm Intégrance.

Christian DURAND has, during his career, held positions of responsibility in the field of central banks and banking and financial supervision, in France and abroad and within International Institutions.
Holder of a D.E.S in economics and a degree in law, he is also a graduate of the IEP in Paris.
Shortly after joining the Banque de France, he joined the Inspection Department. He was then seconded to the COB where he was deputy to the head of Inspection, then joined the Banking Commission as head of mission. He then worked at the New York Fed, before joining the IMF as Advisor and then Deputy Director of the Monetary and Capital Markets Department. He returns to the Banque de France where he will be Deputy General Manager then Deputy General Controller.

Christian DURAND has served on the Financial Activities Control Commission since 2024.

With a PhD in Law and a Degree in International Business, Paul-Marie JACQUES spent his entire professional career in the banking industry, specifically in commercial banking in Belgium and Italy (Continental Illinois), investment banking in the UK (Salomon Brothers), and private banking in Monaco.
Between 1996 and 2010, he was Managing Director of KBL Monaco Private Bankers, before serving as the firm’s President until 2013. During the same period, he was appointed to the Executive Committee and then the position of Vice-President for Social Affairs at the AMAF. He is currently a non-executive director of a management company in the Principality, and a member of the Financial Committee of Caisses Sociales de Monaco (Monaco Social Security Funds).
Paul-Marie JACQUES has been a member of the Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières since 2017.

Having been an adviser to the Governor of the Banque de France for thirteen years, Jean-Pierre MICHAU now works as a consultant, specialising in French cooperation in South-East Asia, and carries out missions for the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Jean-Pierre MICHAU began his career as an investigating judge at the Court of Paris’ financial section, before joining the COB (now the AMF) as Head of the Inspection and Market Surveillance Department.
He is a graduate of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University and the ENM, the French National School of the Judiciary.
Jean-Pierre MICHAU has been a member of the Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières since 2007.

Formerly member of the Supervisory Board of ODDO BHF SCA and President and CEO of ODDO BHF Belgium, Jean-Pierre PINATTON is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of QBP FINANCE (ODDO BHF group).
He began his career with Smith Barney, before becoming a foreign exchange broker, and later President of the Pinatton Group, which merged with Oddo & Cie in 2000.
He has also been a member of the Collegial Board of the AMF, the CECEI, and the Stakeholder Group of the ESMA.
Jean-Pierre PINATTON is a graduate of ESSEC business school and holds a Masters in Law and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Jean-Pierre PINATTON has been a member of the Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières since 2012.

Former Senior Advisor to the Senate, Florence ROUSSEL has extensive experience in financial market regulation, banking and financial law and business law.
Former administrator at the Secretariat of the Senate Law Commission (1986-1997), she joined the COB in 1997, where she was appointed head of the legal department in 2000. When the AMF was created, she became its head legal director (2003), then Deputy Secretary General in charge of internal management and legal affairs (2004-2009). She was also a member of the Monaco UCITS Supervisory Commission until 2007.
Returning to the Senate in 2009, she was Advisor to the Secretariat of the European Affairs Commission, in charge of business law and financial law (2014-2024).
Florence ROUSSEL has served on the Financial Activities Control Commission since 2024.

Robert LAURE is currently Vice-President of Julius Baer Wealth Management Monaco.
Having previously held management positions within the BCI banking group and then Mediobanca.
He previously held senior positions with the BCI banking group and Mediobanca.
He was CIO of CMB Monaco, Head of Funds & DPM and Executive Chairman of CMG Monaco.
A graduate of the Institut Technique de Banque – Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris, he began his career with Banque Sudameris France in Monaco.
Robert LAURE sits on the Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières as President of the AMAF.

A certified accountant and auditor, Stéphane GARINO has been President of the Ordre des Experts Comptables de Monaco since March 2019.
He is a senior partner with the firm KPMG GLD et Associés Monaco, where he has worked since 2001.
After graduating from ESIEA Paris engineering school, he began his career in Paris with another international network, as an IT and financial auditor.
Stéphane GARINO sits on the Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières as representative of the OECM.
