The Commission is an active member of the Institut Francophone de la Régulation Financière (IFREFI), which includes around thirty financial market regulators from French-speaking countries. It promotes training, coordination, and technical cooperation between its members, and examines all matters relating to financial regulation.

IFREFI convenes annually to discuss the latest financial regulation issues.
