A multi family office regularly provides financial and wealth management advice and services to individuals, families, or legal entities owned or founded by individuals or families or of which they are the beneficial owners.

Subject to authorisation from the CCAF, multi family offices may carry out certain financial activities, including the provision of advisory services and the reception-transmission of orders.

Created by Act No. 1,439 of 2 December 2016, these firms are thus also governed by the provisions of Act No. 1,338 on financial services and its implementing instruments.

The CCAF is responsible for supervising these firms’ financial activities.
