Complaints

The CCAF receives and investigates complaints that fall within its remit, i.e. those involving activities carried out by the firms under its supervision.

If the firm concerned is found to have breached its regulatory obligations, the Commission may carry out an inspection.

However, it cannot act as a mediator in a private dispute with a financial institution.
