Signing of a cooperation agreement between the CCAF and the AMSF

The Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières (Financial Activities Supervisory Commission) and the Autorité Monégasque de Sécurité Financière (Monegasque Financial Security Authority) signed an agreement in Monaco on February 13, 2026, aimed at organizing and strengthening their cooperation.
This agreement formalizes a procedure for mutual assistance and consultation to facilitate the performance of their respective missions and to consolidate Monaco’s framework for combating money laundering, terrorist financing, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and corruption.
It notably provides for:
- a structured and secure exchange of information;
- mutual assistance in strict compliance with professional secrecy;
- enhanced coordination of control programs and risk-based approach methodologies; and
- regular consultations on matters of common interest.
Through this agreement, the two authorities reaffirm their shared commitment to an ethical, transparent financial framework that complies with international standards.
A further step in strengthening Monaco’s financial security.
