The CCAF participated in the 23rd session of the French-speaking Institute of Financial Regulation (IFREFI), which was held in Rabat, Morocco, from June 30 to July 2, 2025. This event brought together representatives of financial regulatory authorities from nearly 30 member countries in the French-speaking world. The challenges and role of capital markets in infrastructure financing were at the heart of the discussions at this session.
