Applicable regulations
The CCAF is responsible for enforcing legislation and regulations governing financial activities. This covers management activities (both individual and collective), advisory services, reception-transmission of orders, Monegasque funds and custody-account keeping services, as well as multi family offices carrying out financial activities.
The applicable framework consists of various Acts, Sovereign Ordinances, and Ministerial Decrees. They can be found on this website.
Under the monetary agreement between the Principality and the European Union, some EU Regulations (listed in Annex A of the agreement) may apply in the Principality, subject to certain conditions.
