The Commission must give its advance approval for changes to any part of the application for authorisation. Depending on the change envisaged, a new authorisation may be necessary.

Such changes may include, but are not limited to, the activity carried out (requiring an extension of authorisation, etc.), significant shareholders (direct or indirect), strategic orientation and management officers, the make-up of the board of directors, the management officer, compliance officer and/or internal control officer.
