The Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières (“CCAF”) has become aware of an entity operating under the name of Royal Investment Consortium (“the Entity”) which has an internet presence at www.royalinvestmentconsortium.com. The Entity claims to be offering “international private banking, offshore banking, international wealth management, formation of offshore companies and opening private and corporate bank accounts” in various jurisdictions including Monaco.
The CCAF wishes to alert the public that Royal Investment Consortium is NEITHER a Monacan registered Company NOR licensed by the CCAF to provide any financial services which are required to be licensed under Monaco law. The Entity is not authorised to offer its services/ products to private customers in the Principality of Monaco.

The CCAF would like to remind consumers of financial services not to enter into any financial services transaction unless they have ascertained that the entity with whom the transaction is being made is authorised to provide such services by the CCAF.
