The Commission de Contrôle des Activités Financières (“CCAF”) warns the public against several entities claiming to offer banking and/or financial services in Monaco. These entities do not have the necessary licenses to conduct the aforementioned activities in the Principality.
This entites are the following :

• “FORBES PRIVATE BANK MONACO SA”, present on the Internet at https://forbesprivatebank.com;
• “SIMPLE SWIFT BANK”, present on the Internet at https://simpleswiftbank.com/#individuals.

The CCAF would like to remind consumers who have been solicited not to enter into any financial services transaction before verifying that the entity is authorized to conduct asset management (portfolio or fund), investment advisory, or order reception/transmission activities in the Principality.
